JONATHAN YAP
Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan has been in the private wealth management space for 19 years and is currently the CEO of Northwaters Capital. His experience spans across client advisory and management roles in Standard Chartered Bank, UOB Bank, OCBC Bank and boutique private asset management firms. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Banking, Investment and Corporate Finance.
ALVIN ONG
Investment Director
Alvin has over 17 years of investment management experience, particularly in Multi Asset Trading in the treasury markets (Fixed Income, FX). Prior to joining Northwaters Capital as the Investment Director, Alvin worked with High and Ultra High Net Worth Clients in Bank of Singapore and has worked for Citibank, Daiwa Securities SMBC, BNP Paribas and Citigroup. He graduated with Masters of Business Systems from Monash University, Melbourne and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Deakin University, Melbourne.
LIN YUAN
Business Manager
Lin Yuan has been in the banking and financial industry since 2011. Started her wealth management career as a Relationship manager at UOB, she was then promoted to be an Assistant Relationship Manager with UOB Privilege banking. Having 10 years of experience, she is proficient in both AML/CFT, as well as client servicing. Prior to starting her career, she studied Electronic Computer Engineering in Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
WILFRED LIM
Investment Director
Wilfred Lim, CFA, is an accomplished Portfolio Manager with extensive expertise in multi-asset portfolio construction and management. With over a decade of experience in the investment industry, he has demonstrated a strong ability to deliver consistent risk-adjusted returns across diverse market conditions. Wilfred holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, underscoring his commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice in investment management. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance.
WEN YUN
Investment Analyst
Wen Yun graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. During her undergraduate studies, Wen Yun served as a Financial Services Consultant at AIA for nearly three years, honing her skills in financial advisory and client relationship management. Her internship at the Bank of China, where she specialised in KYC/AML further enhanced her proficiency in compliance and risk management.
